Heritage Alumni Association - message-Box-Facility

We wanted to let you know about an interesting facility in Heritage Alumni Association that you might be interested in using it.
Message Box Facility for registered Students in Alumni HITK is ready and now available. Please click on the 'Help?' link at top right of every page to download a step by step guide to use this facility.
All registered and logged in students can use the 'Go to MsgBox' link at the top right of each page or 'Message Box' drop down menu to
go to different sections.
You will be able to send message/emails to your registered buddies,
setup buddy list for quick reference etc. All basic features like Block, Buddy List, Inbox, Sent Items, Special Box features will be available.
Stay tuned in Alumni HITK for more info. Please reach out to us (info@AlumniHeritage.com) or send a message to Nilashis (Roll # 015106) in case of any issues.
Please be aware before you do anything:
1) If you do not want receive any further messages from a student, please login to your Messagebox and block him/her.
2) By default, you will receive an email in your registered email for each message being sent to you. If you DO NOT wish to receive email notifications at all, please login, go to Message Settings section,
uncheck the checkbox 'Receive Emails for notifications'. If you wish to stop notifications from certain students only, please use the Block Student option.
If you unselect this checkbox, you will NOT receive any email notifications for any message that the students are trying to send to you.
Although you can still login to message box and see those messages.
P.S: Heritage Alumni Association message services are for fun and keeping touch with old buddies and the senders are solely responsible
for contents of the messages. Please feel free to report any abuse/spam to us and we will take necessary action to block the sender
or you can block the sender yourself by login in to Heritage Alumni Association. Please click on the 'Help?' link at top right of every page to download a step by step guide to use this facility.
